Outcome Goal achieved with the advantage of insourcing and increased turnover
Develop, validate and scale up hydrogen electrode technology

Outcome Demonstrated superior efficiency on lab scale product using a low-cost and production friendly method. This was scaled up 600 times to meet machine requirements.
Later in another project it was scaled up 15000 times.
Establish a job-solving network within AM covering all methods and materials

Outcome Created a business within the business with a strong competitive edge since the tool box was complete. Fast moving order processing.
Determine possible repair method and qualify approach for costly and sensitive components

Outcome Method identified and qualified by full documentation. Overall win: leadtime reduced by 95%, performance doubled. And that was to half of the original component costs.

Outcome Successful despite of limited information. But that changed giving the opportunity to demonstrate a significant reduction in manufacturing time, increased flexibility and supporting a sustainability agenda as well. This led to several other similar activities.
